Accepted payment methods:

Payment must be completed for the order to be processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available pan-India, with standard delivery in 5–8 business days.
Free shipping is offered unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are estimates; Kitchzo™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect customer-provided addresses.
5. Return & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
To request a return, email support@kitchzo.com with order details and photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item and may take 5–7 business days.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kitchzo™ website, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is owned by Kitchzo™ or used with permission.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing our content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
